Those 50.7 % will probably counted per purchase (=sale), not by revenue or per song or CD equivalent (where 12 individual songs purchases equal one CD purchase). Per purchase (=sale), iTunes' share would be 35 %, and by revenue or per song or CD equivalent digital music's share would likewise be 35 %.
